Asking for an introduction
Use the form on the homepage. Tick the consent box and we'll try to introduce you to one local septic tank firm covering your postcode, telling you who before we share anything. We're still looking for Cornish firms to work with, so we may not have anyone for your area yet.
If it's urgent
We're not a septic tank company and we can't send anyone out. If you have sewage backing up into the house, raw effluent at the surface or any other emergency, ring two or three local septic tank firms directly and say how urgent it is. Whoever takes the waste away must be a registered waste carrier; you can check any firm on the Environment Agency’s public register of waste carriers.

Run a Cornwall septic tank or drainage business and interested in introductions in your area? Email hello@septictankcornwall.co.uk with a short note about your patch, the work you do (emptying, repairs, installation, drain clearance, CCTV surveys) and your waste carrier registration number. We only pass on enquiries from people who have asked for an introduction and agreed to their details being shared.

Anything you submit is handled according to our privacy notice. We only share your details with a septic tank firm if you ticked the consent box, and we don't send marketing email.
